What do I need to get started?
One clear photo of your product, as JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. A well-lit shot with the whole product in frame works best. You can add up to three photos of the same product; the first one is the main reference.
Will my product or logo change?
CiptaMotion tells the AI to keep your product's shape, packaging, label, logo and colours exactly as they are. AI results can still vary, so preview every video before you publish it.
How long does a video take?
Usually a few minutes or less, depending on the length and quality you choose. You can leave the page and find the finished video in your library.
What lengths and sizes can I make?
5, 10 or 15 seconds on every plan, and up to 30 seconds on Pro, in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9. Resolution is 480p on the free trial and Starter, up to 720p on Creator, and up to 1080p on Studio and Pro. Videos are stored for 1 day on the free trial, 7 days on Starter and Creator, and 14 days on Studio and Pro.
How do credits work?
Each video uses credits based on quality, resolution and length, starting from 5 credits for a 5-second 480p video. You always see the cost before you generate. At the lowest settings, the free trial covers up to 2 videos, and paid plans range from up to 56 videos on Starter to up to 600 videos on Pro each month.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits reserved for that video go back to your wallet automatically, and you can try again straight away. You can see every credit return in your billing history.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. The videos you create are yours to use in your ads, product listings and social posts, as long as you have the rights to the product photos you upload. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. When you cancel, you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments are non-refundable; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
