Terms of Service

1. The service

CiptaMotion turns product photos you upload into short promotional videos using third-party AI video models. Features, motion styles and output quality depend on your plan and may change as we improve the service.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you sign up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• One person or business per account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.

3. Plans, credits and payment

• Each video uses credits. The number of credits depends on quality, resolution and length, and is shown before you generate.
• Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and payments are processed by Stripe. Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically each month until you cancel, and are charged in advance to your saved payment method.
• Plan credits and top-up credits are added to your wallet. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices may change in future. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time. After you cancel, you keep your plan, its features and your remaining credits until the end of the month you have paid for. You will not be charged again, and no refund is given for the rest of that month.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and, as between you and us, of the videos generated for you. You give us permission to store, process and send your content to our service providers only as needed to run the service for you.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, including logos, trademarks and product designs, and that your content and your use of the videos follow the law and the rules of the platforms where you publish them.

6. What you must not do

• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights, or that is illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or misleading.
• Create videos that impersonate real people or brands you are not authorised to represent.
• Promote products that are illegal to sell where you sell them or on the platform you publish to.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

7. AI output

AI results vary. We instruct the AI to keep your product's shape, packaging, label, logo and colours unchanged, but we cannot guarantee that every video will be accurate. Review every video before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use the videos, including any claims made in your adverts.

8. Availability and storage

We work to keep CiptaMotion available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Generated videos are stored for your plan's retention period only, so download the videos you want to keep.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by contract.

10. Ending your account

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.
